An essential piece of equipment for any home preserver, they are suitable for use on 250ml, 500ml and 1L Kilner preserve jars. When used with the screw bands, their built-in rubber rim creates a vacuum seal for safely processing foods in a boiling-water bath, so your homemade preserves stay airtight and fresh.
